Every product that we have in the store will have a country of source. We recommend that you purchase your products by selecting the country that is closest to you. This way, the shipping time and costs will be less. In addition, any other duties or taxes will be less as well.

Some of our products have an on-demand model. That is, the product doesn't exist and it will be created as soon as you place your order. Here is typically how they work: As soon as you place your order, the supplier will get working in your order right away. You can expect a tracking number between 11 - 14 business days. Once your product ships, the shipping times are quoted by the carrier from 10 to 12 days.

Yes it can. Some of our vendors are located in Canada and the USA. However, many other vendors are located in the other side of the world, such as Asia, Europe, etc. We recommend that you purchase from a vendor who is close to your country, this will decrease your shipping times and costs.

The product you receive should be like the one showcased in the photos. If not, you need to contact the vendor to make them aware of the discrepancy, and follow their return policy if needed. Having said that, there is a reasonable difference between a photo and a physical product, please keep this in mind before you purchase.

We offer educational discounts primarily to our enrolled students. We also release coupons to decrease some products on our store for anyone interest the Animation, VFX or Video game industries, including Virtual Reality.

However, we or our vendors do not offer any payment installments. Meaning that you will need to make a full payment to buy your product.
